Becoming a client

Initial consultation
This is a virtual or face to face meeting without obligation. This meeting is about us getting to know one another, and first and foremost, seeing if we are the right fit. We will let you know how we work and what you can expect from us as an adviser. Financial planning is not transactional, it is a relationship over time, which requires trust.
Research and Analysis
If, after our first meeting, you decide you would like to find out more or take things further we will complete a comprehensive review of your existing plans in line with your stated objectives and goals. To put together a strategy, we must first fully understand your circumstances. We will review your existing arrangements, discuss and consider your attitude to risk and time horizons for your goals.
Recommendation and commencement
Once we have completed our research and analysis, we will prepare formal recommendations. It may be that we are addressing new needs or amending existing plans, and we will take the time to go through these with you to ensure you fully understand and are comfortable with the proposal. We will assist you in completing any paperwork and ensure they are actioned as agreed.
Ongoing advice and support
When you become a client, we ensure you have access to an online wealth account, access to our digital advice portal and receive tailored communications via our E-Briefing service, should you wish. We will agree a service plan and will meet at least once per year to review, check, and adjust the plans we have implemented, together with your wider financial needs and objectives. We appreciate that life is full of surprises, not all welcome, and we will be here to assist, and ensure you remain on track towards meeting your goals.
